For your viewing amusement, here are some stunts that I’ve performed over the years; some for major Hollywood productions and some just foolish goofing off so that I can pretend to be cool to my future grandkids. TRT 00:34
See if you can match the stunt with the credit on imdb.com. The car jump and the fight on top of the bus were for Jackie Chan fans in a Vacation Bible School in south Georgia. The gag where I got amnesia five days after my honeymoon and couldn’t remember if I got married is the explosion near the end; I’m the third alien on the right. My poor wife! I’m so thankful for God’s healing, especially my handful of more serious injuries, and for His protection over my entire life. I do feel His pleasure when I go all out for a stunt and hopefully I haven’t put Him to the test... :)
“Such Great Heights”
Check out this high fall through glass I coordinated for a stylish short film directed by Bobby Garabedian. Erwin McManus goes through the glass in the closeup, and then Garrick Palumbo stunt doubles him doing the 42’ fall. In fact, Erwin describes this experience on page 135 of his book Wide Awake.
I stunt coordinated some fun flying for a Lenka music video directed by Moh Azima. In the video, Lenka flies around on invisible puppet strings. There are a few photos from the shoot on Lenka’s myspace.
I had the fantastic opportunity to fly to the Middle East for a week and stunt coordinate this movie’s pivotal stoning scene in a ghost town on the edge of a giant canyon. How amazing it was to celebrate Easter Sunday in an ancient olive grove so near the Holy Land, in part of the wilderness where the Israelites may have actually wandered!
Here’s a music video I stunt coordinated for Celtic band The Script involving two head on collisions and some wire flying. I’m in the behind the scenes video if you follow the link.
Here’s a fun mockumentary about a skateboarder coming out of retirement. I stunt coordinated a scene where the hero belly flops into the bottom of an eight foot deep skate bowl.
Here’s a darkly-fun comedy where I ignited actor Thom Babbes’ arm and stunt double Ryan T. Mooney’s upper half, about two minutes in on this trailer.
This ad called for a roller blader to grind a rail on the edge of a nine story building. Complicating the rig was the need to follow the blader with a camera crane, so I created a double safety system that allowed the blader and camera free movement while giving me the ability to instantly pull him to safety.

Here’s a fun short with fights and explosions that I helped coordinate. Watch the trailer.
At last, my stunt coordinating reel is online.
I recently stunt coordinated some fights and gunplay for this feature about an Irish Mob guy from Belfast trying to hide out in L.A. from his former IRA associates.
Doritos Spots
Here are four Doritos Crash The Super Bowl contest commercials that I stunt coordinated.
“Casket actually won top 3 and played during the Super Bowl for 100 million viewers.

Starring Kathleen Turner and Jason Ritter. Minor falling down stunts, but I’m stunt coordinating which means teaching the stars how to fall down.
